DomeCloud UT1 Wallet Data Deletion Instructions

We respect your right to request the deletion of your personal data collected through our application. If you would like to delete the data associated with your use of our Facebook application, please follow the steps below:

How to Request Data Deletion:

  1. Uninstall the App
    You can initiate data deletion by uninstalling the DomeCloud UT1 Wallet from your Facebook account. To do this:
    • Go to your Facebook Settings.
    • Click on Apps and Websites in the left-hand menu.
    • Find the DomeCloud UT1 Wallet in the list of active applications.
    • Click on Remove to uninstall the app.
  2. Submit a Data Deletion Request
    If you would like to ensure all data (such as your user ID, name, and profile picture) is permanently deleted from our servers, please contact us at thanarat@dome.cloud with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. In your email, please include:
    • Your Facebook user ID (this helps us identify your account and data).

We will process your request within [time frame, e.g., 30 days] and confirm the deletion via email.

Important Notes:

  • Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
  • Data deletion applies only to the information collected by our application (user ID, name, and profile picture). We do not have access to other data from your Facebook account.
